VeriPortrait uses artificial intelligence to create professional headshots as digital image files from the selfies uploaded by the customer (number depending on the chosen package). These are digital content; no physical delivery takes place. The stated delivery time of about 30 minutes is a non-binding target.
The contract is concluded upon completion of the payment process (Stripe). The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply as a one-time payment. No subscriptions or recurring costs arise.
The customer uploads 3–6 suitable, recent selfies of themselves and warrants that they hold the rights to the images. Photos of third parties without their consent are not permitted.
If the customer is not satisfied with the result, we regenerate free of charge on request (unlimited). In addition, we voluntarily grant a money-back guarantee: within 14 days of delivery, an informal email to info@veriportrait.com is sufficient for a full refund – even after download. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
Upon full payment, the customer receives an unrestricted, perpetual right to use the created photos for private and professional purposes (LinkedIn, professional profiles, company websites, job applications, print, etc.).
The created photos are available for download for 72 hours; after that, all image data is automatically deleted (see privacy policy). The customer is responsible for downloading in time; on request within the guarantee period we will recreate the photos once free of charge.
The photos are artificially generated and may differ in details from your actual appearance. The customer is responsible for the decision to use AI-generated photos in professional contexts.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body and health. In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
The withdrawal notice applies. For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once the customer has expressly consented to immediate performance and confirmed their awareness of the loss of the right; our money-back guarantee (clause 5) applies regardless.
Swiss law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
